Where do I get an application?

You can apply here on the website (under the Apply Online tab), you can also stop by the leasing office located at 3787 East 11th Street, Long Beach, CA 90804, or it can be emailed or faxed directly to you.

When can a VACANT unit be viewed?

Tours are scheduled Monday thru Saturday 8:30 am to 11:30 am then again after lunch from 1:30 pm to  4:30 pm.  *Closed daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Are co-signors allowed?

Yes. All applicants (including co-signors) will be asked to fill out the application and provide supporting documentation. On the application all spaces must be filled in, it needs to be dated, and signed as acknowledgement that a credit report will be obtained, current residence and employer verified for qualification.

Where do I submit my SIGNED/COMPLETED application?

All applications must be submitted to our office located at 3787 East 11th Street, Long Beach, CA 90804. Be sure that ALL corresponding paperwork has been attached to avoid any delays.

What is the application fee?

The credit check fee is $35.00 per applicant over the age of 18 and/or with different last names, paid up front by money order or cashier’s check.
